During our recent family holiday at Interstar Hotel in Sultanahmet, I was instantly captivated by the unique blend of luxury and Ottoman charm that defines this charming establishment. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Sea of Marmara, where we enjoyed our morning breakfast, complete with a delightful variety of unlimited Turkish coffee and local delicacies. Our room was a cozy retreat, impeccably clean and fitted with modern amenities, including a comfortable queen-size bed, LED TV, and an electric kettle that made our evenings relaxing and enjoyable. The friendly staff, particularly Kadir and Mustafa, were always eager to assist us in planning family-friendly activities that kept our two daughters entertained while we explored nearby gems like the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, both just a short stroll away. Situated on a quiet street, the hotel offered a serene atmosphere while being conveniently located near vibrant sights. The free Wi-Fi and access to bike rentals allowed us to blend our love for adventure with cultural exploration seamlessly.
